Friends of FBS - Auction Night signup sheet
There are many ways to help make this night a success. Your skills are welcomed, Friends Newbies and Veterans.
We need people to lead in the background and some front runners to make stuff happen.
LEADS
Marketing and Sponsorship - Who is good at promotion and getting sponsors? If that is you we need you
Volunteer Management - On the night we need someone to make sure everyone who is volunteering is where they should be
Donations Catalogue - Are you happy to chase donations and make a catalogue (there is a template you just need to populate it)
Online Auction - We're using the Promise Auction Website, it would be great if someone could manage this
Catering - An important person to make sure there is enough to eat and drink!
Venue logistics - Working with the volunteer manager, someone to organise decorating the room, security, set up and clear up.
ON THE NIGHT
Can you help us on the night and enjoy yourself at the same time? We need people to help set up, work the bar and clear up. Any help would be much appreciated.
