Pizza Ranch Night - Monticello signup sheet
Volunteer Arrival time: 4:30-4:45 pm
Training begins promptly at 4:45
Buffet hours of operation: 5-8:00pm
● Please park as far away from front door as possible.
Dress Code Reminder:
● Clean, dark blue jeans. No rips or tears and your jeans should not drag on the ground. No leggings, sweatpants, or shorts will be allowed for your safety and professionalism.
● Some type of shirt that represents your cause or organization, preferably matching.
● Clean, comfortable shoes with a closed toe. Please no sandals, slippers, flip flops or high heels for safety reasons.
● Hair that touches the shoulders needs to be pulled back into a ponytail.
● Volunteers should have knowledge about the cause and bring a smile.
● Waiver signed by all volunteers (volunteers 10-17 years of age must have a parent signature).
● 18+ volunteers can sign waiver upon arrival. You print off waiver.
● We will meet in the Cowpokes room for a quick pre-shift meeting/training and tour.
● Absolutely NO volunteers under 10 years of age (must be a mature 10 yr. old)
Another important note: please do not be on your phone, or eat/sit with the guests during your volunteer time. Please DO NOT congregate/huddle. The group leader will notify volunteers on when to take a break. Your cost will be discounted 25% off the regular buffet price.
Don’t forget your camera or phone! At the end of the night they will take a picture of the group to display on the Pizza Ranch Bulletin board.
