Cooks Creek Soccer 2023 Volunteer Sign Up Sheet

We are asking that each family contribute a minimum of 4 volunteer hours throughout the season. A volunteer bond cheque of $100 will be asked to be submitted by you to your coach at your first practice. If your volunteer hours are not completed through the season your cheque will be cashed. If you have completed your volunteer hours your cheque will be destroyed at the end of the season. Thank you for helping to make this soccer season a success!
