Spring Swing 2020 Parent Volunteer Sheet signup sheet
Please sign up for a Chaperone Position
Please show up at 4:45pm if you have not been asked to be there earlier.
If you are done with you "job" - say you are done serving dinner. We are asking that you stick around the dance floor and keep an eye on the students.
We first serve the students dinner firsts. Then the chaperones are welcome to come eat. Then the students may have seconds.

Dinner Service
Meet in the food area at 5:15pm. Dinner will be served at 5:30pm. Students will be called over by table to be served. Not a buffet.

Cake Service
Cut & Plate Cake after Dance competition. Time is TBA (Zindra will have a more specific time before the dance.)

Registration Sign in Table
Be there at 4:30 to for when students begin arriving. You will be handing out tickets for giveaways, signing students & chaperones in on a sign in sheet, and taking any late payments/late registrations with payment. You'll stay until you no longer need to

Drink Table
Maintain the drink table. Keep the water dispenser, lemonade dispenser & cups filled throughout the evening.

Clean up Coordinators
Make sure that cleanup is done as required. More info will be provided beforehand. We do ask the students to stay and help with teardown and any setup that must be done.
